Harp and Keyboard-Based Arts Intervention for Emotional Resilience in Older Adults: A Taiwan–Australia Comparative Practice Dataset (2026)
收藏资源简介:
Abstract This dataset represents the third installment of the Taiwan–Australia comparative series on music learning and aging. It documents harp- and keyboard-based arts intervention practices among older adults, with a specific focus on emotional resilience, sensory regulation, and sustained artistic engagement in non-clinical educational contexts. Building upon prior datasets addressing cognitive engagement and emotional regulation through keyboard learning, this dataset introduces cross-instrument analysis by incorporating harp-based musical interaction. The dataset emphasizes practice-based observation rather than therapeutic diagnosis, positioning music engagement as a preventive and supportive cultural practice within aging societies.
