SHR-IS, A Decadal Dataset of River Ice/snow Dynamics and River morphology in Songhua River
收藏资源简介:
The SHR-IS dataset encompasses three components: ice cover data for the Songhua River from 2014 to 2023 and annual river shape parameters. The first component is the river ice cover type dataset (RiverIceCoverTypes), which includes spatial distribution maps of ice cover types along the main stem of the Songhua River at a 30-meter spatial resolution over the past decade. A total of 220 raster images were generated, with 22 images for each year, covering the period from October to May of the following year at ten-day intervals. These maps depict the ice cover types during each time interval, such as open water (value=1), snow on ice (value=2), ice cover (value=3), or interference from thin or thick cloud cover (value=3/4). The second component is the ice duration dataset (IceDuration), which includes pixel-level spatial distribution maps of the ice duration at a 30-meter scale, with one map generated for each year, totaling ten maps. These maps (Iceduration_YYYY) describe the spatial and temporal variations in ice duration along the Songhua River over the past decade. This dataset can be used to analyze the spatial differences in ice duration and identify key factors influencing river ice phenology. The third component is the annual river structural parameters dataset (GW_5000), which provides a 5-kilometer grid of dynamic riverine boundaries along the Songhua River over the past decade. Ten parameters representing the three directions of the river have been extracted and stored as vector files. This dataset can be used to analyze the evolution and migration patterns of river systems in plain regions.
