These volumes record the issue of medical certificates for patients who were members of friendly societies. Certificates were required to be forwarded regularly to the society to which a patient belonged, to enable benefits to be paid. Details given include name, hospital, date of admission, name of society, details of benefits paid, and frequency of issue of certificates. The volumes are indexed. (3/14195-96). 2 vols.
