Transcriptomic profile of mouse striatal tissue inoculated with brain-derived exosomes (Mus musculus Raw sequence reads)

Transcriptomic analysis of striatal tissue isolated from wild-type mice inoculated with purified exosomes from control or Parkinson's disease mouse brains. The exosomes were isolated from either wild-type or alpha-synuclein (a-syn) knock-out mouse brains, previously injected with recombinant a-syn preformed fibrils (PFFs) or PBS as control. Recipient striatal tissues were excised two months post-injection.
