Transcriptome sequencing of somatic cell populations of the Drosophila testis

The Drosophila testis is an established model of stem cell and niche biology.Here we report NGS transcriptome data for genetically labelled, mechanically and enzymatically isolated, and FACS purified hub cells, cyst stem cells, differentiated cyst cells, and stem cell like tumour cells induced by Zfh1 overexpression.
