To examine the off-target effects of ZDHHC8 knockout in HT-1080 cells, we constructed ZDHHC8-knockout cell lines using the CRISPR-Cas9 system. Subsequently, both the ZDHHC8-knockout and mock cell lines were utilized for genomic screening.
