In Situ Measurements for Assessing Eutrophication Susceptibility in Deran Lake Using GIS-SMCE

This dataset supports the assessment of eutrophication susceptibility in Deran Lake. It includes: 1. in situ measurement stations in Shapefile format based on the WGS_1984_UTM_Zone_33N coordinate system and2. a 5-month collection of in situ measurements in Excel. Steps to reproduce:In situ measurements were conducted monthly from June to October 2025 at 20 predefined stations in Deran Lake, Hutovo Blato, Bosnia and Herzegovina, using a YSI EXO2s multiparameter probe. The collected data are available in an Excel file, with raw measurements in the sheet “Measured in situ data” and monthly median values per station in the sheet “Median data”. The locations of the measurement stations are provided in Shapefile format using the WGS_1984_UTM_Zone_33N coordinate system. This dataset supports GIS-based Spatial Multicriteria Evaluation (SMCE) for modeling eutrophication susceptibility zones, enabling the identification of lake areas most prone to eutrophication.
