Vero Cell Line Transcriptome; raw sequencing reads

The goal of this study was to identify novel TRIMCyp transcripts in the transcriptome of Vero cells. We hypothesized that a previously unreported splice variant of TRIMCyp conferred a cyclophilin A dependent restriction to Vero cells.
