Data sets of annual aeolian accumulation rate in Skeiðarársandur kettle holes (S Iceland) in 2021/2022–2023/2024

Data sets contain the necessary material describing the flood-origin kettle holes in the central part of Skeiðarársandur (S Iceland) monitored in the 2021/2022–2023/2024 seasons. The study aimed to determine the aeolian accumulation rate in these small landforms in response to climate warming. Factors such as depression morphometry, vegetation cover, wind speed influence, and the length of the strong wind series were considered.
