Identification of RRP1 binding sites using seCLIP-seq in IL-1β stimulated RAW 264.7 cells.

How RRP1 control RNA processing and regulation in macrophage inflammation is important. Here is the identification for RRP1 binding sites by using the single-end enhanced CLIP(seCLIP) in RAW 264.7 cells. To identify the interaction sites between RRP1 and its RNA targets in IL-1β stimulated RAW264.7, seCLIP-seq analysis can be performed.
