Replication Data for: "Mapping dendritic spines using 2D two-photon laser scanning"

Data for model training and models used in "Mapping dendritic spines using 2D two-photon laser scanning". Dataset includes (1) ground truth images and annotations used to train model for dendritic spine segmentation, (2) high- and low-SNR images to train model for content-aware image restoretion and (3) calcium traces to train custom calcium event classifier. It also includes the corresponding trained models. All ground truth images were acquired with a 2-photon microscope and the ScanImage 2020 software.
