De Novo transcriptome analysis of Oryzias songkhramensis (Teleostei: Beloniformes)

In the fish of genus Oryzias, two or three species are frequently used as a model animal in many biological researches. In Thailand, O. songkhramensis are inhabiting the middle area of the upper northeast region in aquatic freshwater. However, molecular data of RNA-seq is unknown. Here this study aimed to investigate the molecular population and transcriptome sequencing of O. songkhramensis.
