Safe Streets for Clevelanders

In 2022, we completed and adopted our Vision Zero Action Plan, committing to eliminating crashes that result in fatalities and serious injuries in Cleveland. We heard from many Clevelanders about their experiences getting around the City and the transportation-related problems they see in their neighborhoods. People told us about speeding and other dangerous driving behaviors that make it feel unsafe and uncomfortable to use the street or sidewalk. As part of Vision Zero, we looked at crash data to identify our most dangerous streets. We are prioritizing these streets for changes that make everyone safer.
