DGCL_DWA is a novel method for predicting cancer driver genes using contrastive graph diffusion and dynamic weighting adjustment. The data contains CPDB dataset and String Dataset. The CPDB_data.pkl contains the PPI network, gene features, gene names, and gene label information of the CPDB dataset. The file STRING_data.pkl contains the PPI network, gene features, gene names, and gene label information of the STRING dataset.
