Dataset: Moderate-Intensity Exercise and Pain Sensitization in Breast Cancer Survivors
收藏资源简介:
This dataset supports the publication: "Moderate-Intensity Exercise and Pain Sensitization in Breast Cancer Survivors: A Case-Based Feasibility Study". It contains individual-level data from 10 female breast cancer survivors randomized to a supervised exercise programme (n=5) or control group (n=5). Variables include sociodemographic and clinical characteristics, quantitative sensory testing outcomes (PPT, ST, MDT, MPT), Brief Pain Inventory total score and subscales (pain severity and interference), S-LANSS neuropathic pain screening, handgrip dynamometry, physical activity (GPAQ), health-related quality of life (EORTC QLQ-BR23), and feasibility indicators (attendance, adherence, adverse events, acceptability). Data were collected at three time points: baseline, immediately post-intervention, and 6-month follow-up. All participants provided written informed consent. Ethics approval: COMITÉ de ÉTICA DE LA INVESTIGACIÓN con MEDICAMENTOS, Hospital General Universitario Gregorio Marañón (code: EDCM)
