Original data on fish stomach contents, invertebrate inputs to a stream, and streamflows

Haga. 2025. “Lateral movement of ground‐dwelling invertebrates resolves discrepancies between fish diet and terrestrial input data.” Freshwater Biology. https://doi.org/10.1111/fwb.70110This dataset includes three types of original data: (1) invertebrate inputs to the study stream, (2) stomach contents of the target fish (amago trout), and (3) streamflow at the downstream end of the study reach (catchment area: 148 ha). The invertebrate input data are separated into aquatic and terrestrial invertebrates. The stomach content data are categorized into aquatic, terrestrial, and unidentified invertebrates. The streamflow data contain discharge measurements taken immediately after each fish collection survey.
