Age-dependent effects of antibiotic and antiparastic treatment on the gut microbiome of adult and juvenile brown trout

This study aimed at investigating age-dependent responses and potential recovery of the gut microbiome of adult and juvenile brown trout (Salmo trutta fario) following florfenicol and peracetic acid treatment. Focus of the analysis were compositional shifts and changes in network properties based on 16S rRNA amplicon sequencing.
