Testis transcriptomes of D. melanogaster with long or short sperm

Spermatozoal morphology is highly variable and can significantly influence fertilization success. In Drosophila melanogaster, paternity success depends on both sperm length and length of the female sperm storage organ. We generated testis transcriptomes to identify genes that are differentially expressed in association with sperm length.
