This dataset derives from a five-year controlled experiment (2018-2022) using 21 independent semi-closed cubic cells (1×1×1 m) to simulate combined stress from uranium (U), manganese (Mn), arsenic (As), nickel (Ni), and lead (Pb). It comprehensively documents:Environmental Parameters: Soil elemental background (30 elements), microbial abundance.Plant Physiology: Photosynthesis (Pn, Gs, Fv/Fm), antioxidant enzymes (SOD, POD, CAT), membrane integrity (MDA, H₂O₂).Morphology & Growth: Fiber morphometrics, annual growth (height/diameter), ramet recruitment.Elemental Metabolism: Concentrations of 30 elements across five organs (root, trunk, leaf, branch, rhizome), bioconcentration (BCF) and translocation factors (TF).Analytical Protocols: Microwave digestion-ICP-MS parameters, QA/QC (LOD/LOQ).The data inform phytoremediation optimization and biogeochemical cycling studies, supporting a manuscript in Environmental Pollution (DOI: 10.1016/j.envpol.2025.127526).
