Ultrasound Breast Phantom Dataset with Tumor and Cyst Structures

This dataset contains ultrasound images of tumor and cysts acquired using a Verasonics Vantage 32LE research-grade imaging system equipped with an L11-5V linear array transducer. A commercial CAE breast tumor phantom was used to simulate realistic tissue structures and tumor regions during the acquisition. All B-mode images were collected at a centre frequency of 5 MHz, ensuring consistent imaging conditions across the dataset. Each ultrasound frame is provided at a resolution of 156 \u00d7 128 pixels (height \u00d7 width). To enable research on image quality enhancement. This dataset can be utilised for a wide range of applications, including the development of ultrasound super-resolution models, tumor\/cyst detection and classification, image reconstruction, and benchmarking deep learning algorithms for ultrasound image enhancement.
