This dataset descibes the densitometric analysis of RT-PCR product of heat shock protein <em>HSP</em>70 and <em>HSP</em>90 gene with respect to Rp49 gene of control and spermidine fed heat shocked <em>Bombyx mori</em> larvae. Sheet 1 decribes the densitometric analysis of <em>HSP</em>70, <em>HSP</em>90, and Rp49 band of CRT (control larvae reared at room temperature without heat shock ), C40 (control larvae subjected to 40 °C for one hour), SRT (control larvae reared at room temperature without heat shock), and S40 (spermidine fed larvae subjected to 40 °C for one hour). Sheet 2 describes the relative fold change in expression of <em>HSP</em>70,<em> HSP</em>90, and Rp49 with respect to Rp49 in CRT in C40 (control larvae subjected to 40 °C for one hour) , SRT (control larvae reared at room temperature without heat shock), and S40 (spermidine fed larvae subjected to 40 °C for one hour). Sheet 3 describes the relative fold change in expression of <em>HSP</em>70 and <em>HSP</em>90 with respect to expression in CRT in C40 (control larvae subjected to 40 °C for one hour) , SRT (control larvae reared at room temperature without heat shock), and S40 (spermidine fed larvae subjected to 40 °C for one hour).
