含量，所用试剂有砷标准溶液(国家标准物质中心)1000ug/mL，记录试样被测液的浓度C1(μg/L)，试剂空白液的浓度C0(μg/L)和消化液总体积V（ml)，称取大米试样质量m1.5g于锥形瓶中,加入硝酸和硫酸,摇匀过夜后在电热板上加热消解,消解不完全,就加入高氯酸,持续蒸发，冷却后加水再蒸至冒硫酸白烟,冷却,用水转移至容量瓶中加入硫脲定容，测得大米中总砷的含量，计算公式如下：总砷含量X（mg/kg)=[（C1-C0）/m]*(V/标准溶液1000);结果与标准中的规定一致，判定公式:F(x)=IF(入厂大米总砷含量测定值＜0.2mg/kg,"合格","不合格")。

Arsenic is a non-metallic element with toxicity similar to that of heavy metals. It can impair development, induce cardiovascular diseases and diabetes, and damage the nervous system and brain. This toxic element can be absorbed by crops through water and soil, and enter the food chain. To verify whether the total arsenic content in incoming rice complies with national standards, pre-screening of incoming rice shall be carried out to monitor consumer safety. Based on the national standard GB2762-2012, atomic fluorescence spectrometry was employed to determine the total arsenic content in rice. The reagents used include arsenic standard solution (from the National Standard Material Center) at a concentration of 1000 μg/mL. Record the concentration of the sample test solution C1 (μg/L), the concentration of the reagent blank solution C0 (μg/L), and the total volume of the digested solution V (mL). Weigh 1.5 g of rice sample (denoted as m, unit: g) into a conical flask, add nitric acid and sulfuric acid, shake thoroughly and allow to stand overnight, then heat for digestion on an electric hot plate. If the digestion is incomplete, add perchloric acid and continue evaporation. After cooling, add water and evaporate until sulfuric acid fumes evolve, then cool again. Transfer the solution quantitatively to a volumetric flask using water, add thiourea and adjust to the final volume. The total arsenic content X (mg/kg) is calculated as follows: X (mg/kg) = [(C1 - C0) / m] × (V / 1000). Where the measured result conforms to the standard provisions, the judgment formula is: F(x) = IF(measured total arsenic content of incoming rice < 0.2 mg/kg, "qualified", "unqualified");
