Whole genome sequencing of Serratia marcescens

The whole-genome sequence of the Serratia marcescens strain CR3 was characterized to examine its genomic features, perform functional genomic analyses, and identify heavy-metal resistance. The strain was isolated from Cynodon dactylon, and sequencing was performed on the Novaseq platform; the sequence data are publicly available to facilitate further biological and bioinformatics analyses.
