Using de novo transcriptomes to decipher the relationships in cutthroat trout subspecies

We present a phylogeny using assembled transcriptomes of 9 cutthroat trout subspecies, including 2 lineages and 1 form. This phylogeny confirms many relationships identified in previous studies. It also provides additional information and resolution to several subspecies relationships.
