RNA sequencing of primary human choroidal melanocytes.

Human choroidal melanocytes (HCMs) absorb light, regulate free radical production, and have the potential to secrete chemokines and modulate monocyte migration. To identify the key genes and pathways involved in the responses of primary HCMs to inflammatory stimuli, we analysed the effect of lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-treatment of HCMs, using mRNA sequencing.
