Specialized orchid-fungus interactions and fungal phylogeny influence the spatial distribution of orchid species

Dataset used to investigate how orchid-fungus interaction specialization and OMF phylogenetic relatedness influence the spatial distribution and segregation of 17 orchid species across four species-rich grasslands in Mediterranean and Central Europe.
