Description: These raster layers represent each coarse-filter category (macrorefugia, intactness, and enduring features) for identifying and ranking aquatic climate refugia in British Columbia plus the overall rankings of conservation classes. Macrorefugia (macrorefugia_1_ha.tif):Inverse of the sum of forward and backward climate velocity (Stolar et al., 2023). Macrorefugia by watershed (macrorefugia_by_watershed.tif):macrorefugia_1_ha.tif summarized by watershed. Intactness (intactness_1_ha.tif):Inverse of footprint metrics as described by Porter (2021). Intactness by watershed (intactness_by_watershed.tif):intactness_1_ha.tif summarized by watershed. Enduring features with microrefugia potential (sum_enduring_1_ha.tif):Sum of enduring features that represent microrefugia potential for aquatic ecosystems (Porter, 2021).***PLEASE NOTE: It has been discovered that the provincial Quaternary geology layer is mislabeled. We will update the analysis with a more accurate layer for this metric in the next version.
