The main goal of this project is to identify polymorphic regions in the transcriptoms of several individuals belonging to the Lithophylllum stictiforme/cabiochiae species complex.Capture probes will then be designed and used to capture and sequence these regions in several hundreds individuals to study genetic diversity and structure at the inter and intra specific levels.
