Study of satisfaction of users of Family Encounter Points (PEF)

Study carried out to know the degree of satisfaction with the Family Meeting Points of the Madrid City Council by the adult users and the children and adolescents attended. The Family Encounter Points (PEF) are a specialized social service that, in situations of breakdown of family life or others that require the recovery of relationships or such coexistence, provides temporary professional care aimed at facilitating the development of the regime of visits of children and adolescents (NNA) with their relatives or relatives. Access is by mandate of the competent judicial or administrative authority of the child protection system. PEFs are located in suitable and safe physical spaces where the main objective is the well-being of children.
