该数据资源为湖南省自然资源主管部门在履行测绘地理信息公共服务过程中产生，是通过规则格网点描述地面高程信息的数据集，用于反映区域地貌形态的空间分布，描述坡度、坡向等地形特征，可用于城市规划、电力建设选址
This dataset is generated by the Hunan Provincial Department of Natural Resources during the provision of surveying, mapping and geographic information public services. It describes ground elevation information through regular grid points, and is used to reflect the spatial distribution of regional landform morphology as well as characterize topographic features including slope and aspect. The dataset can be applied to urban planning and site selection for power construction.
