Effect size estimates for IIV definitions, and total scores.

NOTE: ISD and CV values involving total scores were based on standardized totals on the two tests (using diagnostic group-specific means and SDs). LIV was obtained as the square root of the squared standardized residuals from the regression of the CV on the total score of the test (or, on both total scores, for the 3rd LIV value); LIV values were all positive (H. Christensen, personal communication). IIV estimated based on two total scores were computed using the standardized version of each score.
