A Phase 1 Trial of Fecal Microbiome Transplantation in Peanut Allergy, mice microbiome data

Food allergy prone Il4ra-F709 germ free mice were treated with microbiota collected from patients either at baseline or 4 months post FMT, and were sensitized to ovalbumin. Mice receiving microbiota collected at 4 months post FMT from responders patients were protected from anaphylaxis. Microbiota from non-responders was not protective neither at baseline nor at 4 months post FMT. Murine stools were collected at baseline and 3 weeks post microbiota treatment for microbiome 16S amplicon rRNA sequencing.
