"集装箱是一种标准化的大型装货容器,但也正是由于其大容量、按箱装载的特性,在实际多式联运场景中,对于达不到标准集装箱最低容量的顾客,其使用集装箱的性价比会大幅降低,而最终被迫选择其他货运方式,这就导致在集装箱货运领域存在着大量的潜在市场。
提供一种针对组合式集装箱的货物三维装箱方法,用以解决目前为挖掘集装箱运输领域潜在市场而出现的组合式集装箱,其配套货物装箱方法及系统缺乏的问题。通过对实际多式联运集装箱尺寸的调研,获取了可靠的尺寸初始数据信息,设计了组合式集装箱尺寸的计算过程以及Canny尺寸识别算法,生成可靠有效的尺寸识别统计分析数据。

A container is a standardized large-scale cargo container. However, owing to its large capacity and unitized loading features, in real-world intermodal transportation scenarios, customers unable to meet the minimum capacity requirements of standard containers will experience a significant drop in the cost-effectiveness of using such containers, and ultimately be forced to select other freight transport modes, thus creating a considerable potential market in the container freight sector.
This work proposes a 3D cargo packing method for combined containers, to solve the problem of the absence of supporting cargo packing methods and systems for combined containers that have emerged to unlock the potential market in container transportation. Through investigations on the dimensions of actual intermodal containers, reliable initial dimension data is collected. The calculation process for the dimensions of combined containers and the Canny dimension recognition algorithm are designed, thereby generating reliable and effective statistical analysis data for dimension recognition.
