资源简介:
The mooring lines of a spar-type 5 MW floating offshore wind turbine (FOWT) must withstand extreme environmental conditions to ensure structural integrity and operational safety. In cold regions, the combined effects of extreme ice and wind loads pose significant risks to the mooring system. A semi-empirical ice load model is integrated with the wind turbine global response simulation tool SIMA to analyze the dynamic response of the mooring line system of the FOWT. Ultimate Limit State (ULS) analyses are conducted to evaluate the performance of the mooring system under combined ice and wind loads. Furthermore, a sensitivity study is performed to optimize mooring line dimensions, focusing on length, to reduce the cost while ensuring the FOWT response remains within the acceptable criteria.
