The Elia Predico dataset consists of two main files: `target.parquet` and `gfs_history.parquet`. The `target.parquet` file contains electricity measurement data and Elias forecast data, where the `measured` column is the target variable, the `realtime` column is real-time measurement data, the `*forecast` column contains Elias forecast data, and the `loadfactor` column can be used to deduce installed capacity. The `gfs_history.parquet` file contains weather forecast data, with the `valid_time` column indicating the delivery time and the `time` column indicating the assimilation date, used to identify the forecast run.
