RNAseq analyses of A549 cells treated with combinations of interferon-gamma and a novel anti-cancer reagent AX0085

A549 cells were used to examine the effect of AX0085, a novel kinase inhibitor. In particular, its effect in reversing the effect of interferon gamma was determined. Combination treatment of two reagents were to be compared with no treatment control and single treatment of either AX0085 or interferon gamma. Duplicate samples of A549 cells under 4 different condtions are prepared: Np treatment, interferon gamma treatment, AX0085 treatment, & interferon gamma+ AX0085 treatment.
