Surface and bottom water samples were collected March 22, 2016 from 6 stations on the Pensacola Shelf. Samples for nitrate and silicate were filtered through GF/F filters before analysis. Total Kjeldahl nitrogen and total phosphorus samples were preserved with sulfuric acid. All samples were analyzed with a Lachet FIA system.
