资源简介:
The aim of this study was to investigate the impact of living at high altitude (HA) and its associated metabolic disorders including mainly oxidative stress on the transcriptome in rat liver in Taif region. Many differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were detected including genes hypoxia-inducible genes. Results of this study will contribute to our in depth understanding of HA impact on biological systems and how to enhance life at HA. More studies are required to validate the novel HA-induced genes as HA-hypoxia markers.
