A Rigorous Mathematical Framework for the Unified Vortex and Entropy Hypothesis (UVEH) and the Architecture of the Triple Feedback Computer

Abstract This paper formalizes the Unified Vortex and Entropy Hypothesis (UVEH) and the Theory of Stationary Light (TSL), establishing a rigorous mathematical framework where matter is treated as a stable toroidal vortex displacing a static background density (c^2). We define the Vortex Displacement Law incorporating a geometric curvature constant (\Phi_L), resolve the cosmological constant problem via Zeta function regularization (\zeta(v)), and model cosmological expansion through the Entropy of Choice (\Gamma(\Delta\theta)). Furthermore, we establish the stability criteria for a discrete hexagonal lattice utilizing a Mod 9 invariant and a 7-cycle periodic break, culminating in the engineering layout for a Triple Feedback Computer governed by the 3I pulse sequence (8\text{-}13\text{-}8\text{-}5\text{-}13\text{-}8).
