Wastewater-irrigated produce metagenomics

Metagenomic data set of clover irrigated with low-quality water from a sedimentation basin receiving a mixture of local municipal sewage and effluents from a medium-sized dairy farm (Negev 1). And lettuce irrigated with tertiary quality -treated wastewater from a large wastewater treatment facility that applies conventional activated sludge (CAS) followed by deep sand filtration and ultraviolet disinfection (Negev 2).The data set contains treated wastewater samples and non-enriched and enriched irrigated produce.
