A dataset of psychological climate on quiet quitting behavior 2024

The research population consists of academics working at public and private universities in Turkey. Data were collected by survey method. The survey link prepared via Google form was sent to the academicians via e-mail and social networks. Data was collected between March and April 2024, feedback was received from 216 academics, and analyses were carried out on 216 data.
