High-throughput sequencing-based analysis of the composition and diversity of endophytic bacterial community in seeds of upland rice in border area of Yunnan Province

On the basis of high-throughput sequencing, the diversity and community structure of endophytic bacteria collected from 12 upland rice seeds collected in the border area of Yunnan were studied, and their main core flora were established. In addition, the purpose of this paper is to explore the effect of local environment on endophytic bacteria in upland rice seeds by analyzing the correlation with environmental factors in sampling sites.
