This dataset presents the theoretical framework, numerical simulations, and mathematical models that support the spectral coherence and geometric reformulation of the Riemann Hypothesis via torsion-free vector wave structures. The approach introduces a novel torsion-free curvature field over the complex critical line, grounded in vectorial geodesics and wave propagation metrics, aiming at a topological interpretation of prime number distribution. The full preprint includes the spectral decomposition, coherence plots, and an analytical derivation of the geodesic phase stability across the critical strip. This work seeks to offer a new structural pathway toward resolving one of the Millennium Problems by means of purely geometric and topological invariants.
