This dataset consists of near-infrared photometric maps (J, H, and K bands) in a wide strip covering all the first quadrant and sections of both the second and third quadrants. As of Summer 2016, the most recent publicly available data release is UKIDSS DR10, with more data to become available in future. The cutout service includes the option to extract both single band and multi-band colored images. All the data can be accessed through the WFCAM science archive available here.
