Database on the use of non-contact capacitive sensors for characterizing the movement of people with Parkinson's disease
收藏资源简介:
The dataset provided relates to inertial data (accelerometer and gyroscope) in .txt and .edf formats and capacitive sensor data in .csv and .log formats from volunteers, collected during tasks involving the repetition of specific movements with the wrist. This data is the result of the protocol “Data analysis and machine learning techniques as a tool to aid in the detection and characterization of Parkinson's disease,” under the responsibility of Prof. Adriano de Oliveira Andrade, and approved by CEP-UFU (CAAE 77752723.9.0000.5152). This project has the partnership of the Applied Computing Research Group of the Federal Institute of Brasília (GPCA-IFB) through the project “Study of motor signs of Parkinson's disease using non-contact capacitive sensors” approved by FAP-DF (Process No. 00193-00002192/2023-37). To request access to the data, interested parties must complete the form (link to the form in English) and sign the ethical commitment agreement.
