To investigate the role of the helicases Dbp2 and Mtr4 in the decay of Xrn1-sensitive lncRNAs, we performed RNA-Seq in yeast cells lacking Dbp2 or depleted for Mtr4. Strand-specific total RNA-seq in WT, xrn1-delta and dbp2-delta cells, as well as WT and tetOFF-MTR4 cells treated for 6 hours with doxycyclin (Dox). There 2 biological replicates per condition.
