RNA-seq data from human MDA-MB231 breast cancer cells expressing control or TRA2B-targeting shRNAs grown for 8 days in 3D culture in matrigel We examined the differential gene expression and splicing changes in MDA-MB231 cells expressing a DOX-inducible non targeting (shCTL) or TRA2B-targeting shRNA (TRA2Bsh1 and TRA2B sh2). For each shRNA, we compared -DOX vs +DOX.
