资源简介:

Scientific Evidence on PCR Inaccuracy and Legislative Misuse (ECHR Submission) Authors Lorena Granada Ramírez Description This document presents peer-reviewed scientific findings by Dr. Michael Günther and Dr. Robert Rockenfeller demonstrating that, during the COVID-19 pandemic, only one in seven positive PCR tests corresponded to an actual SARS-CoV-2 infection. Based on official data from the Association of Accredited Laboratories in Medicine (ALM e.V.), the research exposes critical flaws in the statistical and legal use of PCR testing across Europe. The annex contextualizes these findings within Norwegian and European legislative frameworks, including the Smittevernloven and the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR). It argues that the misuse of PCR testing as a legal diagnostic standard led to coercive public health measures lacking scientific validity, thereby infringing fundamental rights such as: Article 3 ECHR – Freedom from inhuman or degrading treatment Article 8 ECHR – Right to private life and bodily autonomy Article 14 ECHR / Grunnloven § 98 – Non-discrimination Grunnloven § 113 – Principle of legality Keywords PCR testing, COVID-19, human rights, ECHR, Smittevernloven, legal framework, public health policy, ALM e.V., Norway, data analysis, pandemic legislation, judicial review Publication Date 11 November 2025 Language: English Type: Technical Annex / Legal-Scientific Report © 2025 Lorena Granada Ramírez.
