Soil and rhizospheric whole shotgun metagenomes. Soil metagenome

The purpose of this study is to describe the metabolic functions of soils, rhizospheres of locally growing ruderal plants, and rhizospheres of Solanum lycopersicum grown in a common garden experiment. Whole Shotgun Metagenomes of bulk soils and rhizospheres of Solanum lycopersicum and ruderal plants were described through massive Illumina (HiSeq) sequencing . Soils and ruderal plants roots were collected from 6 different locations, Solanum lycopersicum roots originated from a common garden experiment using the same soils.
