We identified the chaperone DNAJC30 as an important factor to maintain NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase (complex I) activity. In this complexome analysis we analysed complexes of the oxidative phosphorylation system (OXPHOS) in HEK cells deficient for DNAJC30.
